Job Responsibilities:
- Handling a wide range of administrative responsibilities including but not limited to scheduling appointments, presentations, event/meeting planning coordination, invoice tracking and processing, computer and phone user management, mail distribution, ordering of office supplies and file maintenance, etc.
- Organizes meeting logistics, prepares various metric reports, tracks action items and assists with calendar management as needed. Coordinates catering and service anniversaries.
- Coordinator for services provided by vendors for organization.
- Manages permits, and maintains org charts.
- May provide back-up support for other administrative employees.
- Proficient using various Microsoft software (e.g. Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Provides a variety of administrative support to multiple clients within Isomax and LSFO.
Job Requirements:
- Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability to develop, leverage and influence relationships within the organization and across various functions.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to interface effectively with all levels of a diverse workforce.
- Strong communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both internally and externally in a clear, concise and effective manner.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
- Some experience with Chevron proprietary databases, such as safety, procurement, SAP and LMS.
