Job Description: This role is aligned to each contracting market and directly supports all Provider Contracting functions that are administrative in nature. Job Responsibilities: Inform business partners of important steps in the contract process Create cover sheets for and obtain required signatures Request, receive and send final fee schedules to/from providers Maintain Charge Master mailings and communications Submit to CIM via Contract Intake Site as part of the contract installation process Receive communications from providers (or business partners), including but not limited to: negotiated contract requests from PSU, signed contracts, etc Confirm provider demographics during prospect phase and contract loads during installation phase. Create SharePoint folder and upload executed contracts Send request for provider credentialing and facilitate the administrative components until completion Convert partially/fully executed agreements to PDF Process contract amendments that do not materially impact the network (including TIN/Name changes) Support Provider Contracting administrative tasks that occur in the new contract lifecycle. Fill National Loading Form as part of the contract installation process Job Requirements: Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively with internal and external business partners. Ability to remain composed and focused in stressful situations utilizing customer centricity skills Experience with supporting a virtual workforce Demonstrate flexibility to not only support department head, but also other team members as required. Represent department using excellent verbal and written communication skills. Expert skills in Microsoft applications - Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel with a willingness to learn advanced skills as appropriate. Ability to work well in a team environment. Candidate should have some project management and organizational skills. Candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of administrative experience. Possess a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work in a very high-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Demonstrate initiative to anticipate work flow needs and proactively plan accordingly. Can work independently.
