Job Description: CCB is seeking to hire a Business Risk & Control Officer to focus on reporting of key risk and controls metrics for the global CCB business. Job Responsibilities: Prepare materials for senior control forums Liaise with Compliance, ORM, and other SMEs to ensure consistency in reporting, as appropriate, and help find solutions to address control gaps Assist in developing opportunities to automate/digitize key controls and monitoring tools, as appropriate, and leveraging analytics to provide insights arising from key risk and controls metrics Assist in key attestation processes on topics such as Model Risk, KORs/KIs, Sanctions/TRA and Volcker Assist CCB Operational Risk and Controls Head in driving accountability for key control metrics throughout the organization through reporting and analysis of country/regional level reporting Work with regional CCB IBRC teams to ensure that operational losses are timely and accurately input into LCS (system of record) Job Requirements: Strong judgment and critical thinking skills. 6 or more years relevant experience Demonstrated ability to influence a group of diverse stakeholders Superior organizational skills, with proven ability to successfully manage multiple, concurrent priorities.
