Job Description:

The Coordinator Human Resources is here to develop and implement contemporary Human Resource practices focused on workforce capability.  Coordinating a small team of professionals this role ensures the effective delivery of human resource services to line leaders and employees.
This role is responsible for the HR business partners who have dedicated portfolios and work with City leaders with end-to-end workforce management including recruitment, employee relations, organisational design, policy and procedural interpretation and effective management of data and systems.  As a customer centric organisation, HR is often the first point of contact with external parties and therefore it is important to ensure a favourable first impression.
This role also provides high level support to the Manager People, Culture & Safety, including reviews and revision of City plans, projects and policies

Job Requirements:

• To be successful in this role you will have worked within the business partnering model and have demonstrated experience of established true partnering relationships with key leaders supporting and providing guidance on all matters relating to people.
• You will also be motivated to engage and lead a high performing team with excellent communication skills to influence and negotiate as required.

• Ideally you will have a degree in HR or equivalent, with demonstrated experience in similar roles
