Job Responsibilities:

As an Umpire you will be able to build good rapport with all players, possess the ability to appropriately identify and manage conflict between participants, provide ongoing positive reinforcement and ensure programs are run safely and efficiently. Good rule knowledge and understanding of the game is essential as well as being well prepared for games.

As a Coach you will provide a safe and enjoyable environment for sporting program participants and families. The primary role of a coach at The RISE is to arrange the best possible teaching and learning conditions for children ages between 1 and 12yrs who want to learn and have fun. You will have good rapport building with participants and knowledge on how to keep children engaged and enthused as well as being well prepared for activities. A Current Working with Children Check will be required as part of working with Junior programs
