Job Responsibilities:

You will be a member of a small team of change experts with responsibility for delivering on our change strategy and vision, and ensuring that a disciplined change management approach is applied to projects across our organisational transformation. With a sizeable change agenda, you’ll have the opportunity to work across an array of change projects, and support our wonderful diverse employee population.

You are highly skilled at establishing and maintaining strong relationships and can communicate across a diverse audience through a variety of platforms. You can confidently drive key change activities such as stakeholder heat maps, impact assessments and readiness and adoption tactics across both process and systems changes. You understand local government and our community and can find your feet easily in an evolving environment. Whilst you have a strong knowledge of project management and change management frameworks your focus is on influencing people and moving them toward adoption of common goals
