Job Description:

This role sits in the Technology team as part of the Customer & Business Transformation division which is focused on delivering value to our customers through partnering with the business to achieve great performance outcomes. This position will be working within the Technology Department and will provide management of multiple cyber security projects including project plans, scope definition, timelines, quality definition, assurance and financial contro

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead Projects from concept (Initiate) to finalisation (Close) on time, on budget, to scope and to quality parameters specified whilst ensuring projects remain compliant with Casey ePMO Project Management Methodology, technology governance, technology policies and standard
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with the agreed outcomes and business benefits
• Manage risk analysis with appropriate mitigation and contingency plans and issue capture, assessment, and management with appropriate resolutions Position Description
• Manage multiple projects with broad scope, ambiguity, and high degree of difficulty
• Develop and use schedules to manage work including external dependencies and impacts. Implement dependency management processes
• Coordinate the implementation of various Internal Audit recommendations relating to Cyber Security
• Review opportunities for alignment between internal audit recommendations and other technology project / BAU work

Qualification & Experience:

• Working knowledge of Prince2, PMP and Business Analysis certification Program or multiple-project management experience
• Essential 8, ISO 27001, GS007 or CPS234 experience desired
• Experience working on new initiatives like robotics process automation and intelligent workplace projects is highly regarded
• Proven experience in presenting at executive management level Agile certification
• Desirable experience delivering Cyber security projects utilising a recognised security/compliance framework
