Job Description:

We are seeking experienced individuals who possess a strong customer focus to provide exceptional customer experience to the City’s diverse customer base by responding to telephone calls/emails and live chat in line with defined standards

Job Requirements:

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Understanding of Service Level Agreements (SLA) for an inbound call centre
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Local government knowledge highly desirable

Qualification & Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in a high volume call centre
  • Recent minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role
