Job Description:

As a senior member of the Corporate Communications team, this position will support the City by:
Providing leadership, management and professional development to a high performing team of communications and media specialists.
Providing expert, professional and complex communications advice across the organisation to deliver effective communications tools and outcomes.
Analysing, measuring and reporting on communications strategies and outcomes at a senior level.
You will have thorough knowledge of the legislation, regulations, industry standards, and professional ethics relating to media and communications. Superior communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and accurately is essential.

Job Responsibilities:

You will possess proven ability to deliver best practice communications outcomes through the development, implementation, management and measurement of highly effective, innovative communication strategies. Experience in a government sector is desirable but not essential
