This customer focused IT team is looking for an experienced Business Engagement and Application Analyst who will proactively engage with customers across the business to investigate and advocate for process and system improvements. Working closely with the Transformation and Continuous Improvement teams, you will maintain a pipeline of work that will benefit the business by implementing best practice and innovative enhancements and solutions across both on-premise and cloud systems Job Responsibilities: If you enjoy providing professional, friendly, responsive and efficient IT Business Engagement and Analysis services and the delivery of customer focussed solutions that align with current strategies, then this could be the role for you. You should have excellent stakeholder relationship management skills and the ability to engage collaboratively to prioritise work.
