You will provide professional advice and expertise in a range of human resource activities and industrial relations matters. Job Responsibilities: Provide professional advice and expertise in a range of human resource activities and industrial relations matters Support the employer employee relationship by developing and maintaining strong and positive relationships with supervisors to ensure effective management of staff Develop engaging and contemporary strategic policies and programs for the provision of effective employee lifecycle’ processes relating to attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development, training, retention and separation Support and assist in the development and implementation of staff related policy and procedures that support the achievement of organisational outcomes and reflect current industry best practice, for effective management and wellbeing of Council’s workforce Support implementation and achievement of workforce management strategy and the sections operational plan goals and objectives. Contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of the implementation of CIA and other software systems to gain employee lifecycle management efficiencies.
