Job Description:

We’re looking for a quality data coordinator to join us and help us develop the high-quality food our customers love and expect from Co-op. You’ll be part of our Delicious Food team, the team responsible for creating own-brand products that taste great and live up to our exceptional quality standards. Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the quality and process data manager to manage IRIS, our quality management system, and make sure data is accurate and up to date
  • Support the quality team with a range of ad-hoc tasks and administrative activity
  • Help to coordinate the smooth running of quality testing activity such as customer / colleague surveys
  • Coordinate a variety of activities across the team, making sure that documents, training materials and records are completed accurately and within agrees SLAs
  • Pull data from different sources and provide top level insights to share with the wider team and key partners
  • Provide reports on a weekly, and quarterly basis to update senior colleagues on the progress of food quality testing activity, as well as ad hoc reporting as required
  • Build relationships and regularly engage with key partners and suppliers to solve issues, improve processes, and provide them with relevant insight

Job Requirements:

  • Good Excel skills; you’re confident manipulating data using pivot tables and formulas
  • Great communication and presentation skills, with a talent for creating compelling and visually pleasing PowerPoint presentations
  • Some previous experience of finding opportunities to improve processes and streamline ways of working
  • Proven admin experience in a busy and fast-paced environment
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy, with a knack for analysing data
  • A talent for building relationships and engaging with a wide range of partners across our business
