Job Description: We're looking for a senior application engineer to join us at Co-op and be the driving force on some very important transformation projects. We're re-building our organisation to make it fit for the future, investing in our IT function to support transformation, bringing in new technologies and working in a more agile way. Job Responsibilities: Provide, monitor and manage day to day service delivery on a 24*7 rotation to meet requirements Build and maintain positive relationships with senior leaders and directors Act as a design authority in your area of expertise, across technology Co-ordinate and manage 3rd party supplier contracts and commercials for the cost-effective delivery of routine service and project activity Lead your remit with considerable change demand and juggling multiple projects and priorities Facilitate and lead workshops that generate ideas and content for sprints and or continuous improvement opportunities Support and deliver application design, build and implementation activities to programmes and projects Job Requirements: A proven background working in IT, where you have coached and developed others The ability to confidently manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment The ability to work cross-functionally with a range of teams and partners Great communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information and present it in an engaging way Experience in running change and operations for multiple, tier 1, business critical apps/services A talent for working collaboratively, strong initiative and self-drive Experience developing and promoting technical strategies and designs Experience landing continuous improvement Job Details: Company: Coop Jobs Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Manchester, GB Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careers-trivia.com
