• Proven ability to show flexibility in adopting new work practices and meeting competing priorities and changing roster requirements and business needs.
• Sound product knowledge of Melbourne and Regional Victoria and the tourism industry.

Qualification & Experience:

• Experience in working in a tourism role, in particular, in a visitor information service/major attraction and/or a relevant qualification.
• Experience in the development, supervision and performance management of staff and volunteers
