Create headcount calculation and GMK cost on monthly and annual base (OP) Participates in regularly scheduled team meetings and assignment required meetings like COC Input required data from the departments. Reporting to working groups and management teams. Coordinate ISO/IATF initiatives, track production changes, and control top level Engineering documentation Collaborates in creating work instruction and headcount balancing by official Daimler tools Resolves non-routine issues Preparation of higher level upper management presentation Job Requirements: Engineering Degree in Industrial Engineering/Process Engineering or in a related engineering field required. 5+ years of relevant experience. Very good communication skills with line technician production line.
