The Premier Support team provides IT support services to Ministers, Senior Executives, Agency Heads and their support staff. We also provide ICT Stores, logistics, asset management and mobile telephony support services for the Department.We are looking for an engaging, energetic and enthusiastic person to work in our fast-paced premier support services environment. You will need to have a strong customer focus, provide an exceptional level of service and have an excellent work ethic. You will also need to demonstrate your excellent oral and written communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Guiding staff in the resolution of complex technical problems.
  • Managing or participating in a range of IT projects.
  • Providing reports and advice to Managers.
  • Providing Premier IT Support to the Department, Ministerial offices and client agencies.
  • Undertaking physical installation tasks.
  • Provision of desktop hardware and software support.
  • Providing written and verbal advice.
  • Assisting in reviewing and developing operational procedures.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven ability to deliver exemplary customer service.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to investigate and resolve complex IT issues
  • Assisting in the management and development of junior staff.
