Job Description: This is an opportunity to join the Chief Information Office Records Management, Archiving and eDiscovery group within the Regulation, Compliance and Anti-Financial Crime technology domain. The group is responsible for defining, building, deploying industry leading and future proof records management, legal and regulatory compliance archiving and eDiscovery solutions. Job Responsibilities: Drives data discovery, sourcing, modelling and analytics to support the creation of data flows and models, this includes researching and profiling data sources in data categories of expertise Working with business users from requirements gathering through incremental delivery of capability and supporting them on the end to end journey Formulate and create functional / non-functional specification documentations in collaboration with engineering teams Designs and conceptualizes new complex business solution options and articulates identified impacts and risks Self-motivated with ability to work in virtual teams and in a matrixed organisation demonstrating collaboration Job Requirements: Prior experience of working in Record Management domain is a plus Hands-on knowledge of using Software Development Life Cycle tools like confluence, JIRA, JAMA and HP QC ALM Prior experience of working on e-communication messaging applications would be a plus Prior experience of working in the Financial-Regulatory Domain is ideal Prior experience of working on eDiscovery platform is ideal.
