Job Responsibilities: The incumbent performs data entry by operating a personal computer to manually index Vehicle Registration and Driver License scanned documents utilizing a proprietary software program Prepares documents for the scanning process, including the removal of staples, paper clips, and mending tears Sorts various labeled envelopes and documents Transports boxes to scanning and/or storage rooms. Job Requirements: Able to work cooperatively with others Able to follow written and verbal instructions Able to be flexible in work assignments Have good attendance Able to demonstrate reliability to handle confidential documents Able to work in a team environment with staff and all levels of management.
