Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Marketing and Communication Specialist to join our travel team working globally across a range of brands that are part of dnata’s portfolio.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, project manage and deliver cost effective and high calibre marketing communications
- Ensure all activity builds a consistent brand, communications and advertising identity that adheres to guidelines, while addressing brand and tactical campaign objectives set with agreed KPI’s.
Job Requirements
- Experience of developing integrated marketing communications briefs, formulating and managing budgets and activity plans, producing and implementing marketing communication campaigns within brand guidelines and campaign media planning
- Project management and ensuring effective delivery of marketing plans and activities
- Excellent (English language) communication skills are a paramount importance. Strong ability to articulate clearly and concisely in both the written and spoken form
- Understanding of all consumer touchpoints including paid advertising, retail communications, BTL brochures and collateral, digital display and social media
- Thorough knowledge of the travel industry will be an advantage as would any specialised training in advertising or sales promotion
- Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent). The job holder should be educated to university level, preferable with a degree in Marketing or Tourism
- Marketing or tourism degree and/or post graduate qualification and 3-5 years of experience (international experience would be a benefit)
- Experience of creative development and campaign delivery across all consumer touch points from a set commercial brief. You will need to work with internal and external creative resource ensuring the ouput meets commercial requirements, managing budgets and activity plans, media planning, production and supplier management
- Working in a global environment means that you will need strong verbal and written communication skills. We need someone who is intuitive, collaborative and understands complex business
- A post graduate qualification from a professional marketing institution
- 3-5 years of experience at account management level or as a marketing communications professional
- Complete and thorough understanding of sales channels (B2B and B2C), direct and indirect, retail and online
