Job Description: To coordinate all programme test and quality assurance activities, highlighting risks/issues as an ongoing part of the delivery process. This is a critical role for both operational processes and technology, ensuring we are implementing a high quality, flexible and resilient solution. Job Responsibilities: Establishing and running all test related activities. Ensure testing requirements and processes are captured as part of the overall delivery process e.g. Testing criteria should be included as part of the Definition of Done Develop good relationships with key business owners and other delivery teams, notably design, development, architecture and service delivery / operations and also with other easyJet departments Removing impediments to testing where they occur Implement all necessary test tools, controls and processes including metrics for coverage and quality and general progress reporting Work closely with the business and operational leads to ensure their priorities and ways of working are understood and integrated into our test coverage Test preparation, execution and analysis. Ensuring all testing artefacts and information is captured centrally and maintained, including real-time status and reporting. Creation and maintenance of a test plan including environment reservation and preparation Support in determining the overall test strategy and approach including automation, exploratory testing and non-functional testing (covering topics such as performance, resilience, recovery etc.) Job Requirements: Financial understanding and appreciation (budgeting, reporting, interpretation) Resilient, ability to multi-task and stay organised in a dynamic work environment. Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels Strong communication skills and a natural ability to lead. Personable, approachable, highly self-motivated and driven.
