Job Requirements

• Experience in working with consultants in Precontract QS services is an added advantage.
• Should be capable of preparing Pretender documentation.
• 10+ years total experience, ideally spent working with a cost consultantcy
• 3 to 5 years working with Cost X software is ESSENTIAL in quantity take off (bill of quantities preparation)
• Experience in Cost planning and Preparation of Pretender estimates.
• Ability to prepare Bills of Quantities Independently.
