Job Description

Responsible of the definition, development and implementation of the digital solutions part of the ENOC Retail Strategy 2021 in order to achieve the following objectives;Access new sources of revenue, through cross-selling, up-selling and new customer acquisition.Improve customer experience and increase brand loyalty.Upgrade existing business operations related to the customer journey and customer related systems (e.g., CRM, Loyalty program, Digital payments, etc.)

Job Responsibilities

  • Drive and channel work done by Strategic Marketing in regards to the new customer journeys based on a very data-driven approach and best practice methodologies to analyze and segment the ENOC Retail customer
  • Drive and channel work done by Strategic Marketing in regards to the new loyalty program for Retail, with the objective to integrate the fuel and non fuel offering (incl. car services and Tasjeel). Coordinate and lead the effort across with all the Retail BUs
  •  Drive and channel work done by Strategic Marketing in regards to the design and continues improvement of the CRM in Retail and ensure the alignment and coordination with the other Retail BUs to leverage the data and insights to develop and track the implementation of initiatives
  • Design the digital strategy in alignment with ENOC’s overall strategy
  • Develop Product vision and feature descriptions to initiate requirements definition
  • Drive customer adoption and engagement through digital channels and platforms
  • Maintain the ownership of the Digital Assets (e.g., apps) that drive business benefits and drive performance results
  • Run digital projects with Retail Marketing in coordination with the other BUs
  • Define customer experience vision in digital channels and optimize customer journeys across channels
  • Manage Digital & Innovation budget

Job Requirements

  • Influencing & negotiation skills
  • Ability to align organization to the value of Customer experience and digital accessibility
  • Ability to think / develop new marketing concepts
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexible and able to quickly adapt to changing environments
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in the Digital field with Retailers
  • Help innovate product development and go-to-market processes
