Job Description Lead and manage investigations / audits and recommends improvement actions to enhance performance. The TQM shall endorse all CAR Part V (CAR 145) and EASA 145 required documentation, including the Maintenance Organisation Exposition prior to submission to the GCAA or other NAA?s Budget Management: Contribute to the preparation of the Function/Department budget to ensure alignment with the approved set budget Lead and manage audits, inspections and investigations to support the timely and accurate identification of root causes and adoption of corrective actions, Lead and monitor the execution of audits and inspections to ensure the monitoring of compliance with standards and regulations Identify trends and address system and process deficiencies with management leading change ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and improving safety standards Prepare, open, host and close audit meetings to ensure audit scope is properly understood and all information is unambiguously collected Analyse reports, assessments and indicators to identify trends and develop recommendations to improve quality and safety standards, reduce risks and ensure compliance with internal / external regulations Develop safety / quality reports and review findings to provide accurate communication to senior management on potential risks and issues Collaborate with relevant stakeholders in designing, planning and delivering business improvement initiatives to support in achieving safety KPI targets Job Requirements Minimum Diploma (2 years or more) or relevant licence/certification.
