Job Description Contribute to the development, cascading and implementation of Etihad?s sponsorship strategies, plans and major sponsorship programmes campaigns to ensure the department is aligned with Company?s objectives and targets. Job Responsibilities Demonstrate accountability in the identification and resolution of potential / actual risks and issues in order to boost sponsorship effectiveness and ROI Establish, implement and optimise a best practice (roadmap) approach at a strategic and tactical level to appropriately benchmark and optimise the Product (the ?what?) and Delivery (the ?how) Lead and report on initiatives to ensure proper monitoring of ROI Support in managing the departments by leading initiatives aimed at innovations identification and results improvements Liaise with stakeholders in developing integrated commercial and sponsorship strategies to proactively build brand, aid research and drive conversion to deliver commercial targets Lead the team continuous development in order to improve the expertise and knowledge of innovative channels Represent the department for the own area of responsibility in internal / external meetings and conferences Support management in fixing potential risks and major issues to ensure the effectiveness of sponsorship initiatives Provide recommendations to other department to support in the identification of the most effective channels to maximize sponsorship opportunities and commercial results Review and report to top management on major risks and issues to ensure they are addressed effectively and on time Guide, coach and provide informal / formal feedback to the managerial team to contribute to leadership and professional skills development and to ensure results improvement Develop and monitor KPIs on team performance to lead individual and team development Develop, implement a comprehensive 360-degree sponsorship performance measurement approach to boost and optimise sponsorship effectiveness, results and ROI Develop and cascade Etihad?s sponsorship strategy across the department to ensure alignment to overall targets Design, plan and lead strategic market research initiatives to collect information on trends and develop effective sponsorship programs Approve and lead competitors? benchmarking analysis initiatives to increase programs effectiveness and Etihad?s visibility Review KPIs and dashboards to identify areas of improvement and propose corrective actions Provide advice to top management on innovative sponsorship programs and new channels to support the adoption of effective strategies Job Requirements Business Understanding skills - Excellent Presentation skills - Excellent Project Management skills - Excellent Project Management skills - Advanced Minimum diploma (2 years or more).
