Job Description:

Are you a Building Surveyor looking for a change of scenery and/or the next step in your career?  We are looking for a Building Surveyor, a Senior Building Surveyor and a Building Certification Coordinator to bring it all together!

Job Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in Building Surveying, or Diploma/Advanced Diploma – Building Surveying or equivalent, enabling eligibility to obtain a suitable level of registration as a building surveyor under the Building and Development Certifiers Regulation 2020.
• Current registration under the Building and Development Certifiers Regulation 2020 as a Building Surveyor
• Knowledge of building, planning and environmental legislation, and experience and competence which demonstrates ability in solving problems and using judgement specific to the work being performed.
• Considerable knowledge of building, planning and environmental legislation, and considerable experience and competence which demonstrates relevant independence in solving problems and using judgement specific to the work being performed.
