Job Description:

The Brand and Marketing Manager is responsible for building, evolving and promoting the brand to create awareness and support business generation. This includes developing strategies and executing tactics that communicate the brand across different channels (social, digital, experience) and that facilitate sales tenanting efforts and align all marketing activity.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking in-house design and development work where necessary;
  • Management of agencies, framework agreements, sourcing companies to assist in delivery of the roles and responsibilities where applicable;
  • Work closely with the District 2020 Sales, Leasing 7 Campaigning Team to support and enable sales and tenanting efforts e.g. Presentations, sales kits, visualizations, app etc;
  • Support overseeing strategic District 2020 communications, PR messaging and content development, e.g. Website, media etc across channels and touchpoints;
  • Building and Evolving the District 2020 brand identity and purpose and to transition into future phases (post Expo) involving brand architecture structure and sub-brands;
  • Utilization of market research and analytics to monitor and report the performance of marketing elements, live campaigns/activations and new programmes using learnings to improve results.
  • Management, Planning and delivery of all marketing requirements for District 2020 and its sub-brands and programmes including CRM Website design and App;
  • Overseeing external Brand Development Agency support which will be required for certain projects only, e.g. Brand video development, District 2020 showcase at Expo 2020;

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in delivering multi-channel campaigns, including ATL, social media, email, events, and online promotions;
  • 6+ years of experience in Marketing, with preferable 4+ years focusing on real estate, as well as:
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders;
  • A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university preferably in brand, Marketing and / or Media Communications;
  • Enthusiastic, risk taking, detail-oriented, creative, ability to work in a rapidly evolving start-up environment and innovative;
  • Project management, self-initiating and excellent in working with groups.
