Job Description: The Onboarding & Learning Specialist will be responsible for the planning, administration and delivery of our Welcome to EY (WTEY) program reporting to the Onboarding & Transitions Manager, part of the Talent Development & Learning team. They will also assist with onboarding initiatives, talent development and learning projects, cross-service line learning, learning compliance, operational tasks, and all other administrative items. They will be instrumental in supporting and guiding our new joiners as they transition into EY Job Responsibilities: Manage and assist in the deployment and delivery of the WTEY program for experienced and campus new joiners Oversee coordination of all global and regional required mandatory learning and assign new joiner learning for Canada Work with the Canadian Risk Management team to create and/or set up and assign Canadian specific mandatory e-learning for new joiners as required Gather, modify, create, maintain and/or track data and reports related to new starts Update and maintain learner communications in Canadian Jam/SharePoint site as required Deal with the planning, administration and ongoing maintenance of the WTEY program Work with Global Delivery Services (GDS) to award continuing education (CE) credits in SAP SuccessFactors Train and manage a roster of presenters and act as a back-up presenter as needed Coordinate with other Canadian onboarding stakeholders to define Canadian new joiner learning requirements Job Requirements: Good interpersonal skills and the ability to exhibit tact and diplomacy in order to deal effectively with people and situations to ensure everyone feels they belong Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently with minimal guidance Strong presentation and facilitation skills Exceptional project management skills and accuracy for processing sensitive information Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management Platform, Zoom technology and MS Teams Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organization at all levels Job Details: Company: EY Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Toronto, Ontario, CA Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careers-trivia.com
