Job Description:

As Service Quality Program Manager for EY’s Client Experience Centre you oversee end to end governance process and enablement of the Service Quality program.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deal governance Manage the deal governance process and being the liaison for the tool with the other parties in the business (i.e. Finance, support organization, etc.)
  • Service Quality oversight Help with assignments, participate in SQA’s , prepare draft SQAE reports and provide SQ support to different teams
  • Perform performance analytics and evaluate data to suggest performance improvement options.
  • Monitoring of overall metrics, general dashboard reporting and other point
