Job Description:

The Manufacturing Human Resources Generalist is responsible for hourly and salary employment administration, onboarding and orientation of the workforce, workforce analysis, training and development, attendance control, administration and discipline assessment, EEOC, and other workplace investigations in a manufacturing plant setting. The Generalist will also be responsible for some administration of the national and local collective bargaining agreements, grievance handling and talent management. This position is heavily involved in World Class Manufacturing activities. This role requires availability to work variable shifts, including weekends. This is an entry level position.

Job Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
• Bachelor’s degree
• Self-starter with strong follow-up skills
