Job Description:

The Council is looking for an experienced and talented individual for a full-time City Works Maintenance Assistant position within the Drainage Team

Job Responsibilities:

• Performing all civil infrastructure maintenance tasks and repairs in accordance with works programs and management systems. Works will include, Parks Infrastructure, asphalt, pit, concrete and minor civil repairs across roads signage and drainage areas;
• Undertaking works with a focus on ensuring excellence in customer service delivery at all times; and
• Maintaining accurate records of completed tasks as required by the Supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge and skills in drainage maintenance;
• The ability to work autonomously or as part of a team; and
• A safe and competent driving record of vehicles up to 13.9 tonnes GCM
