Job Description:

Reporting to the Coordinator Organisational Development and Partnerships, this position partners with various business units, providing strategic and operational advice, guidance and workforce solutions to all levels of staff across the organisation. The position will have a broad human resource focus, including industrial relations matters and will be required to provide workforce data analytics and reporting.

Job Requirements:

The successful candidate will be proactive, results focused and team orientated with a commitment to partnering with the organisation in the delivery of human resources programs, practices and policies. With excellent communication and time management skills, you will have the ability to develop trusted partnerships within the team and across the organisation. You will have strong skills and experience in workforce data analytics and reporting.
