Job Description:

We are seeking two highly capable and experienced Clinical Care Managers to bring their demonstrated management and leadership qualities to oversee the clinical operations of our residential aged care home, Warrawee Community.

Warrawee Community is an aged care residential facility providing 90 places for high and low care residents in Bentleigh East. We are passionate about providing the highest quality care for residents, in an environment that feels like home

Job Responsibilities:

• Implementing quality improvement programs
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance, and manage as required
• Liaise with residents’ families to foster positive relationships and ensure their family’s needs are met
• Monitor and ensure that Warrawee operates within the approved annual budget
• Ensure that the residential service is managed in accordance with policies and procedures and in full compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards regulatory requirements
• Lead and inspire the team and ensure employees are engaged

Qualification & Experience:

• Substantial experience in aged care services management.
• Experience in leading and motivating staff
• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with APHRA
• Experience in effectively managing operational budgets
