Job Description:

The Trust Fund Officer position is responsible for maintaining bank guarantees lodged with the City, investigating and actioning the City’s bond refund requests, performing reconciliations and administrative functions within the Receivables Management Team. The Trust Fund Officer contributes to the effective and efficient administration of the City’s Trust Fund while adhering to the relevant legislative processes and requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including consultation, negotiation, conflict management, and resolution skills
  • Exceptional computer, keyboard, and data entry skills
  • Strong skills in Microsoft excel and word
  • Ability to work as part of a team and autonomously, with well developed organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skill
