The City is seeking an experienced communications professional with strengths in media and corporate communications to join our small team, in a job share capacity. Our Communications and Marketing team is fast paced, energetic and delivers proactive communication strategies for a City with a reputation for doing great things.
Job Requirements:
- Copywriting and editing experience and sound media and PR skills and knowledge. A demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent time management and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in using a range of computer software, including Adobe InDesign.
- A qualification in communications, marketing or public relations or at least three years’ experience in a similar role is required.
