Job Description: An opportunity has arisen for a skilled and experienced Intermediate Plant Operator to deliver day-to-day maintenance of horticulture, landscaping and turf management within the Parks & Recreation Team including providing labouring and maintenance assistance. Job Responsibilities: Carry out maintenance and construction activities as required in programs or as directed by the Open Space Team Leader/Supervisor Goods and materials delivered to sites within agreed time frames Operate plant in approved, safe manner All operational duties as directed Keep plant in clean and tidy condition Carry out fuelling and minor maintenance on plant and log book checks Undertake regular inspections to ensure plant is legally operational Remove plants or trees as required.
