Job Description: As a Food Demo Specialist, you'll demonstrate and sell products to promote sales by educating and informing Customers of product features. You may also merchandise products in innovative and eye-catching ways, and coordinate with Department Managers on product displays. Job Responsibilities: Cleans up work station area and assists other sales advisors as required Serves as liaison with H-E-B / vendors, as needed Performs the Food Demo Representative duties Provides support / oversees events in Manager's absence Follows and completes designated department SOPs daily Ensures sales quotas for selling specialists are met Provides excellent customer service; answers product-related questions; helps customers locate store merchandise Purchases products for demonstrations, as requested Submits accurate, timely daily reports to Manager Attends required food safety and related trainings Coaches / mentors Food Demo Representatives Maintains professional, clean, healthy, and safe work environment Ensures compliance with federal, state, and H-E-B food safety regulations / standards Assists in preparation of Representatives- work schedules and activities Job Requirements: Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations Ability to speak effectively before groups of all sizes 3+ months of experience Ability to work flexible hours Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals Minimum age 18 (mandatory) Experience in sales a plus Advanced communication and interpersonal skills Job Details: Company: H-E-B Vacancy Type: Part Time Job Location: McAllen, TX, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careers-trivia.com
