Job Description: The purpose of this role is to carry out all activities surrounding investigating and ensuring the quality of our training is fit for purpose, timely and provides return on investment. Job Responsibilities: Monitoring, reporting and communicating instances of failed test integrity, Ensuring the qualification assessment criteria is maintained to standard, Training Delivery Observations, L&D Team CPD, Career and Exit Data for apprenticeship programme, Designated Safeguarding Lead for Apprenticeship programme; Support devolved nation apprenticeship delivery through managed contracts with apprenticeship delivery; Provide data analysis on product knowledge degradation survey, core products survey and information and metrics as required; Collaborate with “Risk Register” and continuous improvement with Apprenticeship Specialists; Manage the relationship with Awarding Bodies and own-brand accredited qualifications; Manage the Quality Assurance Processes with corporate policy against all apprenticeship, training and learning interventions within the company to include, but not limited to: Structured Feedback, Learner Evaluation, Job Details: Company: Holland & Barrett Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Preston, England, UK Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careers-trivia.com
