Job Description: This role is designed to support HR strategies for a portion of a division or smaller client groups under direction of an HR Manager. The role will partner with other HR team members to broker HR services and actively engage in staffing, organizational development, talent management, coaching and direct employee interaction and employee relations issues. This role will provide support of HR initiatives and help resolve diverse business issues. Candidates will build upon their HR functional expertise and effectiveness to align human resources principles with business objectives. Job Responsibilities: Leverages OD and change management tools Increase the overall performance of the organization by creating strong partnerships with client groups Participates in perf mgmt. system activities, calibration meetings and MRR process Implements initiatives in partnership with division leaders Coordinates comp & reward systems in conjunction with mgmt. Partners in investigations and documents findings May participate in job analyses and job description creation Support a client group of 200+ employees Provide HR support for a portion of the business while partnering with cross-functional teams and leaders and leveraging HR functional expertise to support critical human resources objectives Manages requisition and staffing process and partner Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Human Resources organization Build a workforce that creates a competitive advantage by recruiting, developing and retaining top talent Coaches and councils’ employees and management on multiple topics, including career planning and development Visits work areas regularly to maintain visibility and accessibility to all employees on all shifts Job Requirements: Working knowledge of government laws, regulations, and legal decisions affecting employment Prior experience in a Human Resources Generalist role preferred Demonstrated leadership skills including the ability to influence and work effectively with employees Bachelor's degree required - prefer in an appropriate field such as human resources, organizational behavior, business administration and/or a Master's degree Able to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment finding the correct balance between demand and capacity when establishing priorities for the organization Excellent written and verbal communication skills Minimum of two years Human Resources experience Prior experience in effective interpersonal skills including interviewing, counseling, and group presentations Job Details: Company: Honeywell Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Kansas City, MO, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careerstrivia.com
