Honeywell Entry Level Jobs – Sr R&O Maintenance Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Schedules per SAP capacity leveling all maintenance work in coordination with operational needs and material availability
• Ensures compliance with Honeywell policies
• Identifies maintenance work, enters notifications, and creates work orders in SAP, as required
• Manages the existing backlog of maintenance work and prioritizes the backlog appropriately
• Performs shop paper audits on completed shop papers and job history forms
• Develops accurate job plans for repetitive routine repair maintenance work and preventive maintenance work Procures necessary tools, materials, and outside services required for all maintenance work
• Issues purchase requisitions, as necessary
• Communicates with operations and maintenance to ensure that work order priorities are accurate
• Walks down all maintenance work orders prior to execution with the Operations Coordinator to ensure that all parts, shared services, and safety issues have been addressed prior to scheduling the work
• Maintains housekeeping in assigned area
• Plans, reviews, scopes, and cost estimates approved Priority 2, 3, and 4 notifications in SAP
• Responsible for management of semi-annual turnaround
• Record all pertinent historical/corrective action information
• Updates job plans as required
• Tracks schedule efficiency, schedule attainment, backlog, and schedule loading
• Participates in daily and weekly backlog/scheduling meetings to ensure communication, work prioritization and scheduling with all appropriate stakeholders

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 years chemical plant experience
• 5 years of planning and scheduling experience
• Maintenance planning experience preferred
• SAP knowledge a plus
• Ability to read and understand mechanical, I&E, and process drawings
• Ability to lift 30 pounds
• Clear and concise communications
• Analyze, incorporate, and apply new information and concepts
