Job Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for selling Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and/or Warehouse Execution Systems (WES) and related supply chain software, some of which are the newest additions to the Honeywell Intelligrated software portfolio.
  • As part of the growing team representing these software offerings, you will be critical to the success of the business and must have a passion for sales growth, new customer acquisition and closing deals.
  • You will need to have the ability to operate independently, with minimal direction, and effectively present directly to business owners/executives, logistics directors, distribution center/warehouse managers, and IT executives, steering each deal to a successful closure. You need strong sales and business development skills and the ability to influence C-level decision makers, ability to network and establish new relationships, to explore new opportunities by “connecting the dots” with creative business acumen and the development of business cases to help convince customers of the Return of Investments (ROI) of the Honeywell Intelligrated WES and/or newly launched WMS offerings.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma
  • Strong network of operations and supply chain executives at major companies in retail, e-commerce, pharmaceutical and 3PL industries
  • Proactive, self-starter personality with results-oriented attitude
  • Significant experience in business development or sales for supply chain software solutions
  • Ability to sell strategically including communicating ROI to customers
  • Experience selling technical solutions to mid-market accounts
  • Proven track record of new customer acquisition and high growth
  • 3+ years of sales experience in enterprise business software industry; WMS/WES (preferred) and/or ERP in relevant industries
