Job Description:
The HAB SDC leader will be expected to define work flow, roles and responsibilities and standard process/tools for all Bid Management, Estimation and Proposal Writing roles of the HAB organization. The overall objective is to drive an increased win rate at a lower cost to serve.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with the Sales and HAB organization to ensure a seamless process for the SDC organization
- The utilization of a global standard tool set and process for estimation and proposal delivery for all SDC team members
- Establishment of a KPI dashboard to track progress of team deliverables including customer (Sales) satisfaction feedback v
- Ensure the quality of real or perceived proposals generated is met or exceeds expectations (internal and external customers)

Qualification & Experience:
- Experience of working in a leadership capacity and managing cross functional teams
- BSC /BA degree and proven operations experience in a Project delivery/ Engineering or Estimation role
