The purpose of this job is to provide a quality administration service to a diverse portfolio of offshore trusts and companies on behalf of private clients in order to maximise profits and promote the good name of HSBC

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contributes to operating income targets
  • Enhance client relationships
  • Maintains high levels of productivity and efficiency
  • To work effectively with the administration team to create a healthy team spirit
  • High level of service to Private Bankers and wealth planners
  • Maximise group referrals where appropriate
  • Protects promotes and enhances HSBC’s reputation
  • Maintain standards of service consistent with a premier private bank whilst protecting the banks interests.
  • Managing a portfolio of trusts and companies in a way that:

Job Requirements:

  • Willingness to work as part of a small and larger team
  • Some tax knowledge is advantageous
  • Ideally a holder of or studying towards the STEP Diploma or other qualification relevant to trust and company administration
  • Ability to organise workload and to prioritise effectively
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in trust and company administration
  • Knowledge of current laws and developments in own industry sector
  • Lateral thinking/problem solving
  • Conscientious and self-motivated
