Job Description: As a NewCo BDP you will bring together deep industry solution knowledge with the credibility and seniority to build valued client relationships up to and including CxO level. This relationship driven role requires long term investment, with you having the tenacity to stick at a potential client for 2-4 years, even if the initial opportunity falls through or is smaller than expected. You will be seen as a leader within NewCo, you will contribute to the shaping of the organisation culture post-split and participate in NewCo vertical IP development. Critical to this role will be a deep understanding of at least one industry and a successful track record in hunting large IT services sales engagements. We are seeking a high calibre individual to cover the breadth of responsibility outlined below. Job Responsibilities: Post qualification: continue to drive client discussions, own the proposed solution and support the Deal Maker & Speciality Seller with negotiations to closure Lead the ongoing qualification of these opportunities and recommend whether to engage or disqualify If the initial deal is small/project based, keep an open line of communication with the delivery team on the ground to find an opening for a larger deal Drive growth by identifying and building a strong pipeline; with the objective of creating an account potential with a TCV >$25M Build close relationships with CxO-level parties within the target new logo accounts bringing a personal value proposition Develop the most attractive opportunities for potential engagement, with focus on shaping complex, multi-tower deals Build new relationships with a small portfolio of Strategic New Logos (4/6) in 1-2 focus industries Job Requirements: Demonstrate high level of business acumen and leadership through P&L responsibility Ability to navigate independently through client organisations to get to the key decision makers Connected in their market: able to open doors from past relationships Compelling at C-Level interactions: brings knowledge and reason for clients to engage Experience leading and shaping a large sales organisation Bold thinker/creative: able to think outside the box and imagine / stretch to construct and close large opportunities Job Details: Company: IBM Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Leeds, England Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careers-trivia.com
