Job Responsibilities: Ensure provision of maintenance of program equipment across the seven-day-a-week operation Assist with the delivery of training to ensure the ongoing safety and quality of programs Contribute to the development of plans and short-term objectives as well as strategic planning for longer-term initiatives have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop high quality material in line with legislation and policy Research, design, develop and evaluate high quality inspirational learning experiences Contribute to quality assurance activities and ongoing evaluation for improvement opportunities Assist with maintaining appropriate risk management programs by contributing to the development of processes and procedures Job Requirements: Communicate effectively and build productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Work positively and productively in a changing work environment and under pressure Identify and mitigate risks that will impact on own and team work outcomes Have demonstrated experience coordinating STEM-based programs, and/or inquiry learning programs Be able to work proactively as an individual and collaboratively as a member of a team Innovatively contribute to the improvement in quality and efficiency of the Q Lab program Have a sound general knowledge of the role and functions of Questacon and an understanding of how these relate to the Q Lab program Job Details: Company: Department of Industry Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Canberra, Australian Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here careers-trivia.com
