Job Description:

The Digital Learning Specialist will be responsible for supporting the digital transformation of learning within Jet2.com and Jet2holidays through the design and development of industry leading online learning materials.

Job Responsibilities:

As Digital Learning Specialist, you will design, develop and execute high quality digital learning solutions, working in co-ordination with the Learning & Development Team, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Jet2Learn brand guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to interactive content, videos, documents, flipbooks, presentation slides, handouts and internal marketing materials.

You will liaise with SMEs and key stakeholders to build strong relationships to ensure all learning and business objectives are met, as well as considering the end user experience; making sure the Jet2Learn platform and any associated content is engaging and easy to access.

You will support the administration, co-ordination and upkeep of the company’s Learner Management System (LMS) Jet2Learn; including day to day running, administrative tasks and responding to learner queries. You will support the production of quality digital learning reports that meet departmental, stakeholder and business wide objectives.

Job Requirements:

The successful candidate will have extensive experience with rapid authoring tools, specifically Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise). You will bring creative production skills with the ability to convey and apply ideas using industry standard tools such as Adobe CC, and the ability to quickly ‘pick-up’ new systems/technology. You will have effective communication skills, be able to converse effectively with key stakeholders and providers and be passionate about innovation and technology; being open-minded to new solutions, trends, technology advancements and processes within the industry. You will be quality driven and self-motivated, maintaining a high standard of performance.

Any experience of using and maintaining an LMS and being able to manipulate raw learning data into business analytics would be highly desirable, as would a strong background and understanding of online learning and blending with more traditional approaches, such as classroom instructor led.
