Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Coordinator of Organisational Planning and Performance to lead a small but high impact team to transform the City of Swan’s approach to planning and reporting. The City of Swan is the largest local government area within metropolitan Perth, Western Australia, covering more than 1,043 square kilometres, located less than 30 minutes from the CBD.

Job Responsibilities:

• Working with other leaders in the organisation to introduce service planning
• Coordinating and continuously improving the City of Swan annual planning processes
• Transforming the City’s reporting to provide real time business insights to the organisation and its stakeholders

Job Requirements:

• Can work with a variety of software solutions as an expert user
• Strong leader and communicator skills, and are adept at managing organisational change
• Can work in line with the COVID-19 Mandatory Vaccination (Workers) Directions;
• A satisfactory National Police Certificate;
• Experience working with the WA Local Government Integrated Planning and Reporting Framework
