Job Responsibilities: Drive the continuous improvement within the team to make the solution robust and resilient Adopting automation and implementing self-healing strategies as appropriate Being the single point of contact for all queries, issues and escalations relating to this discipline Effective management of the MSP that provides support in this area Define and maintain the roadmap for data platforms as well as reporting and analytics solutions Ensuring adequate business demand management practices are in place and be able to set and manage expectations with the business Overarching management of the team and the capability as it relates to data warehouses, reporting and analytics platform Qualification & Experience: Experienced in performance tuning of large data warehouses/lakes and reporting solutions Experienced in performance tuning of large data warehouses/lakes and reporting solutions Experience in streamlining workflows, modern ways of working with usage of tools such as application data base performance administration highly advantageous Hands on experience with ETL and batch processing environments, processing large amounts of data on a daily basis Experience in development of new API’s and API management - Mandatory.
