Job Description: This role sits in the Customer Service team as part of the Customer & Business Transformation division which is focused on delivering value to our customers through partnering with the business to achieve great performance outcomes. Respond to customer enquiries and transactions across a range of customer contact channels including a high-volume inbound call centre, email, social media, live chat, mail and face to face via one of our Customer Service Centres Job Responsibilities: Provide a solution focussed customer experience across multiple functions within a customer service team. Proactively promote programs and services, triage and check-in customers using the QLESS queuing system, and respond to all visitor enquiries to ensure a unique customer experience that is welcoming, seamless, and memorable. Act as a solutions focused customer experience specialist to resolve customer enquiries and complaints. Promote, encourage and support customers to use self-service kiosks and/or online website facilities as an alternative more convenient method to complete their enquiry or transaction. Utilise technology and Smart Mobile Devices (SMDs) to enquire, record, and manage customer enquiries/requests. Ensure project objectives are met by anticipating and managing potential and emerging issues Qualification & Experience: Proven ability to learn and utilise multiple computer programs to provide accurate, consistent and complete information or solutions to customers Experience working in a customer services role in dynamic, high volume, multi-channel environment. a degree or diploma with little relevant work experience Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of customers Completion of secondary education plus: Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal and active listening, with the ability to adapt style and approach to meet customer needs.
