Job Description:

This role sits in the Technology Strategy and Governance team as part of the Customer & Business Transformation division which is focused on delivering value to our customers through partnering with the business to achieve great performance outcomes.
You will lead a team and proactively collaborate across the business and with Technology Operations to align technology delivery to strategic business outcomes through sophisticated governance models and expert project planning.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the formation, implementation and adoption of the IT Strategic Service Plan aligning the team’s program of work in governance and capability to meet the Strategy’s objectives. While consulting and shifting focus where required to ensure our strategy remains contemporary and relevant
• Deliver business engagement, change and stakeholder management activities in accordance with the business engagement, change management and governance models
• Determine what IT policies, processes and standards are required and deliver/evolve them to support approved business strategies, enable compliance, meet business need, and leverage industry trends
• Provide strategic guidance to support the procurement and implementation of solutions to align to Casey’s target state architecture. This includes implement a robust Governance Model for technological change and everyday service delivery that reflects best practice. Ensure it is well understood and adopted by the organisation, and that there are clear lines of decision making and accountability.
• Develop, adopt, manage and implement all relevant technology governance requirements

Qualification & Experience:

• You will have a strong understanding of best practice technology governance models and practices, and demonstrated experience in applying them within a complex organisation
• Strong project management experience
• Persistent, effective problem solver with a mix of analytical and creative thinking
• Great people and communication skills
• Experience creating high quality strategic goals and delivering outcomes against them
• Experience in managing vendor relationships for enterprise suite (such as Tech 1) will be highly advantageous
• Lead a team with customer / business partner focus
  Enthusiastic and passionate about IT systems, strategy development, and realising the benefits of what technology can offer to a busines
• Experience with applying a variety of methods and frameworks to help stakeholders understand and adopt new standards and practices
