Job Description: Council's Property Services team are looking for experienced and passionate professionals to join our Finance and Commercial Services unit. The Leasing and Transactions Officer provides professional and expert support to the Senior Coordinator Property Services team to provide effective management and to delivery expert property advice on Council's Property portfolio. Job Responsibilities: The successful applicants will be responsible for coordinating and assisting with the leasing, licencing, acquisition and disposal of property, liaising with several internal and external stakeholders on various matters.
